When to book holiday lighting (and why September isn't too early)

Bright's crew installing lights on a two-story home

Every year the same thing happens. The first cold front comes through in late October, the neighbors' lights go up, and the phone starts ringing. By then the best install dates are already taken. If you want your pick of install dates, the time to reach out is late summer or early fall.

How the season runs

Our install season starts in late October and runs through November, well before most people are thinking about it. The schedule fills quickly, and the most popular dates go first. The earlier you're on the calendar, the more choice you have.

What booking early gets you

Your pick of dates, for one. It also gives us time to do the design properly: walk the property in daylight, confirm bulb colors against the brick and trim, and build custom runs before the rush. Clients who book in September tend to get a cleaner result for the same price, simply because nobody is hurrying.

Already late?

Call anyway. If there's an opening on the schedule, we'll do our best to fit you in. The sooner you reach out, the better the odds.
