We measure every run and build it to the inch, so lines meet at the corners and peaks finish clean.
We check in through the holidays. If something needs attention, let us know and we'll take care of it.
In January we remove everything, coil and label each run by location, and hand it back ready for next year.

Roofline lighting is priced by the foot. Everything else, like garland, wreaths, tree wraps, and custom pieces, is priced case by case since every house is different. We come out, look at the house in person, and give you one price that covers the install, support through the season, and takedown. Request a free estimate to get started.
Installs start in late October and the schedule fills quickly through November. Booking in late summer or early fall gets you the best choice of dates. Late in the season, call anyway; if there's an opening, we'll do our best to fit you in.
Yes. For residential installs the custom-cut lights are yours after the first season. We also offer storage for a fee, and we reinstall them each year at a lower cost than the first season.

Yes. Tell us about any guidelines on colors, timing, or placement and we'll design within them. We've worked with HOA boards on both sides, as the installer for homeowners and as the contractor for the community itself.
Yes. We style and light interior trees, mantels, staircases, and entryways, either as part of an exterior package or on their own. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll bring the design to the visit.
